We are very pleased to work in Japan and mixing cultures to bring the best out of it. It corresponds to the same spirit than that of LES ROSIERS in Biarritz: a simple but tasty food, a friendly service in a pleasant setting, where the guests feel comfortable. In this adventure, we work closely with “TORU”, our executive Chef in Tokyo, in both our restaurants.
